Personal data notice
This notice explains how your personal data is processed through the SmartB4B website and demo request form, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Data we process
- Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number
- Company details: company name, number of dealers, accounting software in use
- Request content: the message you write in the form
- Security and source details: IP address, browser information, the page the form was sent from, referring address and campaign (UTM) parameters
3. Purposes
- To receive and evaluate your demo request and to contact you
- To set up a demo environment for you and send you the login details
- To provide the information you asked for about our products and services
- To prevent misuse of the form and keep our systems secure
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed automatically when you submit the form, on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: it is directly related to entering into a contract, it is necessary for our legitimate interests, and to meet legal obligations.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with suppliers that provide us with hosting, email delivery and IT services, and with authorised public bodies when legally required. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
6. Retention
Demo request data is kept for at most 2 years after the request is closed, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is shared with, ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, ask for deletion, object to decisions made solely by automated means, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
